As the Experience Design Lead within Ford Motor Company's London Human-Centred Design team, I work on the development of future mobility solutions. Our team operates as an R&D lab, dedicated to innovating services, experiences, and visions for the future of transportation. We employ human-centred design (HCD) methodologies to rapidly prototype and co-create solutions directly with our customers. My responsibilities include leading agile, cross-functional teams and communicating our findings and vision to key stakeholders within the business.

Part of the initial conceptualization and interaction design of Sky Glass TV as part of a small, multi-disciplinary team. This involved customer testing and iterative refinement of key concepts.
Subsequently, I joined the design team full-time on the delivery of the Sky Glass TV user experience. My responsibilities encompassed the full-screen experience, including features like playback controls, the mini guide, volume control, channel guide, settings, and more, as well as the voice user interface (VUI). I developed detailed experience flows and collaborated closely with developers and product owners to ensure successful delivery of the final product.
